Listener (to participate without presenting a paper): 10000 ₽ 130 $

Please, pay attention to the following information.
These are the registration fees for participants, who do not present any paper or present no more than two papers. Corresponding author can also be a co-author of more than two papers, in case the other papers are submitted and presented by other participants. Only presented papers will be submitted to IEEE Xplore Digital Library (in accordance to IEEE no-show policy).
